Terms Of Use – Refund Policy

To ensure that your child gets the maximum benefit, enjoys  learning  and gains understanding of subject the following points must be kept in mind while enrolment . We are dedicated to provide excellent results and fun learning which can be achieved with the mutual hard work and cooperation at all ends. Please go through the following points carefully before enrolling your child.

• Schedule and scheme of work
• Classes will be held once a week, the batch timings must be adhered to strictly. Extra classes may be taken to complete portion / revision subject to availability of time and requirement .
• There will be 13 – 15 kids in a batch. (Subject to change in certain cases)
• Chapter teaching, revision and class test will be done which has to be taken seriously, Parents need to supervise their child constantly and provide feedback for the same. Short tests based on chapters and exam portion will be administered throughout the year. The papers will be corrected error analysis will be done and model answers along with feedback for the same will be provided.
• Practicals will be done with the students keeping portion and safety rules in mind, the experiments carried out are SAFE; they are tested before your child is involved in them. In case there is any query the parent may approach us before the practical is conducted.
• The portion will be covered well in advance before every exam.
• During Diwali and Christmas vacation, revision classes will be conducted at a centralized venue.

• Attendance and holidays
• All lectures are important hence Attendance for all lectures is compulsory.
• If a student misses a lecture for some reason then he/she can come in another batch to cover up the missed portion, However the teacher has to be informed prior to attending any class to avoid overcrowding in any batch. (LAST MINUTE INFORMING THE TEACHER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
• However the missed portion cannot be taught individually under any circumstances unless decided by the teacher .
• If the student wishes to do that part with the teacher only then an extra charge will be applicable.
• Holiday will be given in the month of May, Oct and December depending upon circumstances and portion completion. The parents will be notified well in advance regarding the schedule.
• However if a student is not present for a particular class for any reason, parents have to notify the teacher well in advance regarding the same. No excuses shall be entertained. (LAST MINUTE INFORMING THE TEACHER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
• The teacher has the right to take necessary action towards a students if he /she is found guilty of inappropriate acts of bunking, cheating, lying, sharing of information OR any such indisciplined behavior .

• Fees structure
• The admission of your child is confirmed only when the first installment is paid to us with the admission form, no verbal confirmation is applicable.
• Please note that fees are NON REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
• However if the teacher wishes to refund under certain circumstances then the amount returned will be after deducting the tax applicable.
• If a student wishes to re-join after cancellation of enrollment then he/she would be treated as a new admission case, Hence parents are requested to please be sure of the decision before conveying to the teacher,
• Postdated cheques will not be accepted without prior knowledge of the teacher.
• Late fee will be charged to all those who fail to pay fees at the given time.
• Right to admission is reserved with the teacher only
